Bella & daddy baked cookies

Bella really wanted to make something from her Fairy Cookbook so her and Paul and Gwen did it. They made 'Halloween inspired cookies' that were red, orange and (kind of ) black!

Circus

We took the kids to circus. It was us and my Mom. The girls really enjoyed it. Gwen did not like the dressed up people, just like she did not like the masked people around Halloween time....Bella enjoyed the whole thing. Gwen sat so good for first half and was so antsy during 2nd half. I can't blame her, I thought it was long too! Their favorite was the animals~elephants, zebras, tigers and dogs.

Giant Eagle scavenger hunt

We went with Aunty Stacy and the boys to the Giant Eagle scavenger hunt. Part of the kids had fun...Bella was being a stinker before we went. The below pic shows her as a 50s girl but right before we walked out the door, she changed her mind and ripped off the costume and ended up wearing her Snow White dress. She does this every year for Halloween, don't know why! She says for a month "I am going to be ...." then when it comes down to it, she ends up being something else!

Scavenger Hunt

We went on a scavenger hunt with our MOPS group in the Strongsville Metroparks. The kids had to find leaves, acorns, etc. Here are pics of the kids making images of the leaves onto paper by rubbing a crayon over them!

Hayride

We went on a hayride with the MOPS group to some farm in Hinckley.. It was fun!

Pirate Day @ Columbia Park

We went to Columbia Park for a Pirates Day. Bella was with Daddy and then we ended up taking her up there later cuz she got so upset cuz she wanted to go but decided she would rather go over Grama's with Daddy to drop off their new tractor .....

Gwen's first day of 'school'

Gwen has already begun her school career. Her and I are taking a 'Mommy and Me and Jesus makes 3 ' class. It is one hour a week and we go together. She is truly enjoying it. They have about half an hour of free play, then circle time where we do ABC's, songs, finger-play, learn about the Bible and say a prayer at the end. I hoping it will break her in for 3 year old preschool next year.
